When thinking of a Kenya Safari to exclusively explore more wildlife species and the Kilimanjaro spotting. The first two safari parks to come into your mind should be Amboseli and Maasai Mara. The 392 square km park lies immediately north-west of Mount Kilimanjaro and forms part of the much larger Amboseli ecosystem. Start the day with coffee or tea served on the balcony of your room or restaurant. With packed brunches on board the vehicle embark on a safari time in Amboseli National Park. Game viewing starts from the door steps of your lodge. You will drive around the swamps that host a variety of birds and herds of elephants, buffalo and hippo. Proceed with your drive to the observation Hill for relaxing lunch break giving an overall view of the whole park especially the peak of the Kilimanjaro and the neighboring Maasai community.

Accessing Maasai from Amboseli can only be done by air via Nairobi. Taking scenic flights to avoid lengthy drives is the best way to arrive at your lodge in the morning and embark on a game drive en-route to your lodge or before sunset when the cloud is clear and soft giving clear views of watching animals on a sunset game drive. Time permitting you will visit the Maasai community and local school that is part of our philanthropy program.
